We're sometimes asked about our insurance policy - and it's a comfort to students to know that a policy actually exists! Your instructors are all insured as instructors, but we also need to carry this Student insurance for when we're training in class - no getting away with it. For clarification, we're on Silver cover.

This Student Manual details the syllabus that you are required to demonstrate at each grade (belt level). You will be expected to show proficiency of the techniques specified for the grade for which you are testing and will be asked to demonstrate techniques from previous grade levels. Knowledge is not to be discarded once learned and it is important that students build their knowledge consistently. Further information can be found in the sub pages to this section, listed on the front page menu.
